Delivery & Set-up

Ho Nai offers delivery service for $100 within the limits of the city of Calgary. Delivery fee is charged per trip.
Delivery personnel only carry purchased items to a desired location in the residence and is not responsible for unpacking, disposing of the packaging or old furniture.
Should you need a delivery outside of the city limits or have any questions regarding delivery service, please contact us.

Installation service is offered only with delivery. Installation fee is $50 per trip. This service includes unpacking the purchased items, setting them up at the desired location and disposes the packaging (cardboard, packing film, foam, etc.)
The installation personnel:

  • Is not responsible for disposal of any personal property or current product, chair or furniture that was previously installed
  • Is not authorized to move or dispose of existing furniture before completing an installation. Customer is responsible to have the space ready for installation (which includes removing old furniture) before technicians arrive. If space is not cleared extra charges or refusal of installation on that date may occur.
  • Takes no responsibility for any injury sustained or product damaged if the client decides to move furniture or complete an installation or repair on their own.

Many of the items will be delivered ready-to-assemble. Delivery personnel will not unpack or assemble products nor remove debris. Old items will not be moved or disposed of. In the event that the elevators are not available or nonexistent, the delivery personnel will deliver up to a maximum of two (2) flights of stairs. The customer must allow safe access to the site and ensure that adequate parking is available for the delivery personnel. All obstacles and walkways must be cleared before delivery. The responsibility is incumbent on the customer to measure all doorways, hallways and stairwells.

Upon delivery, there will be no alterations to any doors, trims, moldings or light fixtures to accommodate passage of the products. Should the merchandise not fit through the passage, the delivery charge will not be refunded and a return fee may be charged. The delivery personnel will not remove their safety boots. Please ensure to protect your floors for the delivery.

Upon receipt of your order, please ensure that you have received all the items purchased. Your invoice will be handed to you for a signature for confirmation of delivery. It is recommended that you review the copy of the invoice and advise delivery personnel of any discrepancies before signing and hand it back to them
